We survey all proposed building to assess that the services available will be sufficient for the clients needs and undertake validation checks to the proposed building to ensure Building Services operate to specification and commissioning figures.

Portico Ltd with liaise and discuss with the client to provide optimum and cost effective office layout, general power requirements, general lighting and specialised area’s, ie: Reception, Boardrooms, Meeting Rooms etc.

We provide full lighting & emergency lighting design to comply with CIBSE LG7, Efficacy Calculations to ensure lighting complies with current energy saving regulations, Fire Detection drawings for proposed Office layouts as well as CAD drawings for building control.

As well as covering all of the above, we will liaise with proposed representatives to discuss the building services requirements, we will produce the Mechanical & Electrical Scope Of Works, Provide costs for the Scope of Works, Undertake Mechanical & Electrical Services
